Submissions for Review Are as Follows:The reviews on Cookbook Papers are cookbooks and books about cooking. I also will review nonfiction as it pertains to food and food culture. Look at these nonfiction genres related to food:
- Healthy Cooking
- Food Dictionaries and Encyclopedias
- How To - as it relates to cooking
- Chef Memoirs or Biographies
- History (of an ingredient or food brand)
- Travel Guides - MUST be entirely food related
For cookbooks, a hard copy is preferred. Ebooks are accepted in .mobi and .epub formats only.
All cookbook and nonfiction food-based book reviews will get the following treatment: mention on this blog, and tweeted out to my followers. Featured cookbooks will be part of the Fresh From the Stacks cookbook meme, and if it is a pastry or baking one will be featured on my pastry blog, Pastry Sampler's Pastry and Bakery News.

For physical copies, please email me for an address where you can send the book. Ebooks may be emailed to the above address.
Typically cookbooks are reviewed within 2 months of receipt, but there is no firm date. If it is an ARC, I'll work with publishers and writers to release it in accordance to their publication dates.
